1. Open Mornings for Reception, Year 1 & 2 (ages 4-6)

For Reception, Year 1 and 2 entry, we hold regular open mornings throughout the year in our purpose built Pre-Preparatory Department for this age group, called Stewart House. We would recommend that you attend these days as they are more focused on this area of the school and you will see the school in action

Or, join us for a Whole School Open Morning, where you will be able to meet our Early Years' teachers and take a tour of the whole Preparatory School from Reception through to Year 8. If you have the energy, you may also wish to visit the Senior School afterwards and enjoy a delicious school lunch.

  • Our next Open Morning, for ages 4-6 entry, will be held on Wednesday 24 January 2018
  • Our next Whole school Open Morning is on Saturday 12 May 2017*

* Please note our younger pupils will not be in school on a Saturday for the Whole School Open Morning so if you wish to see Stewart House in action it is best to come to a Reception Open Morning or book an individual visit during the week.

2. Taster Morning

Join us for a fun and interactive learning Taster Morning, which includes a one hour story or music session with an experienced teacher and a tour of Stewart House by Mrs Jac Atkins, with a particular focus on our vibrant Reception classes. The sessions are for children starting Reception in 2018 and also provides parents with an ideal opportunity to meet and interact with families and children of the same age.

  • Musitastics will be held on 21 February 2018 (9am / 11am / 2pm)
  • Eggtastics will be held on 21 March 2018 (9am / 11am / 2pm)

3. Individual Visit

Book an individual visit at your convenience to meet Headmaster. Mr Simon James and Head of Stewart House, Mrs Jac Atkins, and enjoy a tour of the Preparatory School by some of our older students. Please allow 1.5hrs for this visit.
